Registration for the KASS Kentucky Leadership Rising Aspiring Superintendent Workshop Series is now open.

Dear Superintendents and Key Partners,

Developing the next generation of Kentucky school superintendent leaders is critical to the success of our schools and districts across the Commonwealth.

As an important partner in identifying and supporting leaders in education, we are requesting you share this opportunity with people interested in being a school superintendent.

Kentucky Leadership Rising is a highly interactive and engaging learning opportunity for those seeking a strong foundation as they prepare to find and land a school superintendent’s position.  The 2023-2024 cohort included 20 aspiring superintendents from across the state!  Here’s some of the feedback they shared about the experience.

“Kentucky Leadership Rising is the best learning experience and PD I have attended.”

“The knowledge and perspectives gained through this experience have significantly enhanced my professional capacity and deepened my understanding of the superintendent’s role.”

“I wish there was a second year of this program.”

These workshops will focus on essential strategies and techniques critical for success.
