KASS Executive Leadership Series
Lead Onward
Structured professional development for Kentucky's sitting superintendents, built around the real challenges of the first contract and beyond. Two sessions per year. Three years of development. Built specifically for this role.
About the program
What is Lead Onward?
Kentucky's first-year superintendents complete an intensive training program. Then it stops. Year two arrives with the same complexity, the same board dynamics, and the same legislative pressure, but formal support is gone.
Lead Onward was built to close that gap. It is a three-year executive leadership series designed with the first-contract superintendent in mind, delivering two focused sessions per year on the issues that matter most at this specific stage of the role.
The series is open to any superintendent interested in these topics and the superintendent-centered executive training Lead Onward provides.
